Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at vikki@yarnnova.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the return. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable
